Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped based on product availability.

Pre-order items:
Pre-order items are made on demand. Please allow up to 30 days for production before shipping. -
Pre-made items:
In-stock (pre-made) items are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship domestically and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations. Project Kayro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Project Kayro is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us immediately at projectkayro@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
